Rudy's Cream Corn
6 cups Frozen Corn
2 cups Half and Half
1/4 cup Butter, cubed
8oz Cream cheese, cubed
1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
3/4 teaspoon Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the butter and cream cheese have melted. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
